Quimby Park Project
The purpose of the
Quimby Park Project is to create additional permanent and proper
housing for the Society’s collections and future acquisitions. The
project would utilize traditional and technological advances in building
construction. The goals of the project are: provide educational,
exhibit, storage and processing spaces; provide housing for the Concord
Coach; integrate the Quimby Barn and the former Forbes building into the
project.

Grange Hall Restoration Project
The Society is initiating a
long-range restoration plan
for the
Grange Hall, and plans to preserve the Grange
Hall for
future use consistent with the “Grange Philosophy” of educating the
community about rural and agricultural issues. The goal is to have the
building, ideal for use as a seasonal meeting, program and exhibit space,
open for seasonal use in 2011.
